My Product Didnt Last a Year

Bought the soundbar with subwoofer. Within a few months it didnt work. Spent over an hour on the phone with an LG tech to get it connected again. And after a couple of months it didnt work again. Spent another few hours trying all the settings. Ended up having to go through the hassle of packing it up and schlepping two large boxes to FedEx. I asked for two labels one for each box and was told to copy the one label sent and use that on the second box. WRONG. FedEx said that wont work and I had to pay $40 for FedEx to repack to fit in one wardrobe box Im expecting the repaired product back today. Hopefully Ill be able to enjoy what I expected from this product for years to come. But Im also hoping my warranty on the repair is good for a year as I dont have much confidence after reading other reviews

Bum Soundbar and Subwoofer

The LG soundbar with sub-woofer was giving me issues within the year it was purchased and resulted in having to pack them up and go through the hassle of shipping them to the repair facility. I was not very pleased. However the repair was covered under warranty and I will receive the items back today. Im hoping they last longer than less than a year when I get them back and connected. I did not expect that these products from LG would break within a year. Disappointed Im hoping my warranty is extended another year.

I got my new soundbar through Amazon. I looked forward to great sound the ratings were good and it should work well with my LG television. I was sorely disappointed. It would not even turn on. After an hour with an LG technician he said I should send it back to Amazon. After a month I finally got a refund from Amazon. Meanwhile I chose a different soundbar from Best Buy.

Purchased tv and sound system nothing but issues with sound going in and out after sound bar repair still same problem dont appreciate that. I should have to do tests on your products that your technicians are being paid for now somebody is coming Monday to see what they can do.

It a very decent soundbar for sure But its a bit glitchy.i guess if had an lg tv it maybe better but I have a Sammyconnection issues. But once you get it to work it pretty much a great product.The rear speakers pretty much take it to the next level once position properly.For the money it pretty good. By the rear speakers used if possible mine were half the price and look new and perform good.

Easy to use

Over all very happy with the sound and ease of setup. One star deducted because the remote control randomly stopped working. Went through customer service. Did all the troubles shooting nothing fixed it so they sent me a new one. Same problem still does not work. Solution was to download the app to my phone. The sound bar should have a button on it to change the sound settings and not need a remote control.

We bought this product a month ago along with a 65 inch LG G3 OLED tv. The sound is very good. Hookup was pretty simple and the presets make it easy to find a setting for daily use and for getting an in theater experience. I like this sound bar with the external bass speaker.
