This styler amplifies dust and odor

Received it last week put in two wool coats ran the cycle and noticed a strong dust like smell that wasnt there before. Despite multiple cycles the issue persisted. Contacted customer service and their solution was using an aroma sheet basically akin to spraying perfume on the coat not the expected outcome. Disappointingly this styler does the opposite of its claim to remove dust and odor. Customer service insisted no issues due to the absence of error codes. Utterly useless Do not purchase

Styler has a critical water leaking issue but you would not receive any repair service from LG. LG gave us a list of repair companies but all the companies told us they dont provide a repair service for the styler. You should be aware that your floor would get damaged from the water leak. I noticed that the water leak issue is a common issue that LG doesnt reveal to customers. I am so disappointed in the quality of LG products. LG refrigerator that I have owned also had a compression failure. I regret to buy these products from LG.

Tremendous and Easy Pant Creases

The refresh closet is wonderful It refreshes clothing awesomely but our favorite feature is the pants press. My husband loves the creases on his work pants and dress pants. It was actually my husband who talked me into getting the appliance and Im glad he did At first we thought wed put it in the laundry room but then realized it made more sense to put it right outside our walk-in closest. When we take our clothes off we can put them in for a refresh before we put them away and at night we put our outfits for the next day in and they are perfect in the morning Very practical and it saves on the cost and hassle of some of our dry cleaning.

I like it keeps cloths fresh. Keep a couple of dryer sheets in there and your clothes will smell good if they are clean. One very stupid thing is the timer function. It only lets you delay in hour increments and start at 3 hours... Why not just be able to set a time for it to be ready by? Because now I have to set a reminder on when to start a delayed cycle. Thats so easily fixable. LG please update this to have a Ready by... Delay Start

The design is very limited in what clothing it will actually remove any wrinkles if at all. It took 3 cycles on normal cycle to see any improvement. This may be more ideal for coats and kids toys that need a little refreshing but you could easily just buy new and still save money. If you buy higher end clothing you should invest in something better. This will only disappoint you with the performance of this machine.

Before purchasing this styler I have done many researches from different brands. And so far this is the best one. If you expect this one can replace the washer or an iron this is not the one. It does good job to refresh sanitize reduce wrinkles and leave the clothes fresh odor. The set up is simple easy to use and save me a lot of time to clean clothes that cannot be cleaned by washer. The price is a little pricey but it worths the money for the quality and warranty. I and my wife have many clothes that need to do dry clean but now we use this almost every other day for refreshing.Most of our home appliances are LG products including SIGNATURE versions and we are confident about their qualities. We are happy with the purchase.

I bought this last year and it wont dry the clothes. I called customer support and they gave me the list of the appliance repair store. No appliance repair would know what this is even. Totally wasted. and it is too huge to throw away.

Customer Service Difficult

Bought this at the beginning of the year. Have been constantly trying to work with customer service to have someone come out and flip the door for me. I am aware that there is a cost associated to it and am willing to pay however the 2 local LG vendors the recommended to take care of me have both said they do not work on this at all. I need this door reversed as the location it is going into will require it to open up that way to be usable. Giving this 1 star until we can finally get this figured out.

I have been using this for over two month placed in my bedroom. I mainly use this to sanitize my scrubs my shirts and pants which I wear all day but still cean. This machine is fantastic making all my clothes nice and fresh and wrinkle free. I love this machine.

I purchased the Lg styler hoping that it would help me manage my suits and dress shirts/pants. I cant say that it is performing exactly as Id hoped. Wrinkles are still pretty prevalent after the steam cycles. I do like using the sanitary cycle after wearing clothes on hot summer day and it does seem to be removing sweat etc. I think the pants set up is a little hard to use. The pants door is hard to lock in and close

I was excited at the prospect of trying out this product because I hate ironing and there is always so much of it to do in my household Its important to ensure this product works correctly before the delivery crew leaves your home as mine was missing a piece and it took a couple months to get the right part. The Styler is made of sturdy materials and looks high quality. It comes with hangers but it may be a good idea to purchase additional ones to have on hand. The instructions are easy to follow. I steamed most of my items on the express setting 20 min. since you can only steam a few items at a time. The longer setting works slightly better but I would rather just iron my clothes by hand rather than wait such a long time for it to be steamed. It works best on thinner fabrics. This product is best for someone who has a very large closet to store it in - or for use in an office. Its great for freshing and smoothing out clothes but not ideal for heavy duty jobs.

Lg styler review

I took a shirt that was BADLY wrinkled and put it in the styler. When completed the shirt was significantly better. I also put a suit in worn the night before at a wedding and the suit was free of smoke odor. We wanted to try and sanitize the childrens plush toys and the styler seemed to do a good job with that as well

The product is and you can only keep three items. The time to have the complete cycle is 1 hour and the amount of time for three items is long. The product does remove some wrinkles but the clothes still need to ironed to have that dry-cleaned look. Overall for the price and timing I would not recommend the product.

After having it up and running over the last month Im pleasantly surprised. The touch buttons on the front of the door are easy to use for sure and take very little training. Loading clothes or blankets in the Styler is also super easy. It not only adds an element of sophistication in terms of pure appearance but it adds a massive level of convenience. We have greatly enjoyed the ability to quickly refresh items like wool suits including the pants crease feature blankets and even my kids stuffed animals. They come out smelling fresh and clean and my sport coats / suit pants feel like theyve just been dry cleaned. I get much more wear out of them in between full on cleaning now which will help cost justify the unit in time too. We really enjoy having this and recommend it for anyone looking for that added layer of convenience and sophistication to their laundry capabilities at home.

Good concept poor execution

LG Styler is a product with good concept but poor execution. First of allto insert the drip tray underneath the styler the unit has to be leveled so two persons are needed due to its weight.This styler is very heavyit took a lot of effort to level the unit on a carpeted floor. LG Styler is a multi-functional machine that can refresh reduce odor/wrinkles and sanitize. These functions sound very convenient until it is truly being utilized.The styler can only steam limited items at once. It has two clothes hangersone pant hanger and a removable shelf. The cycle for each function takes a lot of time to perform. For examplethe pant crease care cycle is 1 hour 7 minutes and it can only press one pant at a time. It is too time consuming for a task that can be done in 5 minutesiron the pant manually. I like the sleek look and easy-to-use touch-screen control panel of this styler. However unless you are very particular about clothes this is not a top priority item to sought after.

The LG Styler is the best appliance I have ever tried. Everything that I havent clean in years and would eventually throw out I can now clean. I cleaned all my pillows and comforters and they look like new I have cleaned my childrens stuffed animals. I now know they are germ-free. The LG Styler is so easy to use. Just put the water in and push the buttons. There are hangers to clean your delicate clothing. This is amazing

The LG Styler is a unique product. I love the sleek look of it. I like the touch display it has. Its easy to use and operate. The product works great with thin soft fabrics like silk. My silk shirt was came out nice and soft and wrinkle free however with cotton fabrics it really depends on how much wrinkles are in the fabric. The pants crease care system is a great feature and works best with dress pants that have a thin fabric like silk. I like that you can easily clean the filter and can also use a fabric softener sheet to give your clothes a bit of scent. I love that it is adjustable with time frames and other different options for clothes care. This is a good product overall but improvements can be made to get better results for tougher fabrics.

Little extra care for your cloths

we always needed something to clean some dresses that we dont want to clean using the regular washer and dryer or that needs extra caring. Dont get confused and its not a cleaner but does work great when you have some clothes that needs to be freshen up with minor dirts and want to wear it again. Be it cloths for kids that you always want to sanitize before you want them to wear it this is the one which comes very handy keeping the cloths sanitized and freshen up shining. It keeps the dresses wrinkle free so no need to iron them except the cotton cloths. It has all the smart features like you can control using smartphone touch sensitive controls options to use your own favorite dryer sheet.
