I Regret This Purchase

I purchased this new from Home Depot and it really never cooled as it should. Some days it would cool okay and some days it wouldnt the discharge air temperature could vary 6 degrees even though the outside air temperature humidity was the same. Anyhow after 4 months the compression failed. Dealing with LG for a warranty claim is extremely time consuming and painful.

This has been such a hot muggy summer I dont think I would have survived without my new LG air conditioner. It is the perfect size for my apartment. I had some trouble with the clean filter button: I couldnt get the filter out But a friend showed me. how to do it so its working well and Im happy.

I can not emphasize how much I love this A/C. We used 2 A/Cs to cool Living Dining and kitchen. Now we use only this one. The 12000 BTU is the right size for the space. Even on the very hotest days it stays super cool in here. The only complaint I have. Not a problem in any way. Is the temp on the machine and the temp in the house on 2 thermometers. Is a 2 degree difference. Other then that it is awesome. Easy to clean filter. Cools the house very quickly. If we are out and the A/C is off. If its super hot in house almost 80 or above we do drop it to 60 to cool quicker then adjust it after about an hour or so. It has other features that we have not even tried yet. Just use the remote when we need to turn it on. :

Almost a month now with this AC the installation was a breeze I am very pleased with it its cooling my living room and kitchen along the way to the hallway on a 75 degree setting with the energy saver on. Just love it. I am glad I got this.

This is by far has to be the best air conditioner Ive had it cools the apartment down fairly quickly and actually freezes us but its better then having to live in a sweat box apartment I think I picked a really good air conditioner this time around

I bought this a month or so ago. We love it. It goes above and beyond all our other airconditioners we have bought. This morning whe I first turned it on. Not so great...No idea what its problem was. Left it off a couple of hours. Now it is awesome. So yes I would recommend this a/c.

Doesnt cool room

I bought this 2 weeks ago and it doesnt come close to cooling the room. Have it set to 60 and the room doesnt get below 65. Old one got to 60. The room is 325 sq ft and the 12k BTU is supposed to cover up to 550 sq ft. Dont get.

Compressor did not work on a/c. Called Lg as unit was New. Lg gave a bs line and did NOTHING. Will NEVER buy Lg brand of Anything again as their service is a joke.
