How is it possible an oven with controls that require a flashlight was ever shipped? On the phone with support for an hour no good. We thought the controls would light up when touched but they dont and cant be read. This is terrible design Im sorry I bought this oven.

Worst range Ive ever had

I have had cheap ranges the entire time I have rented homes for the last 20 years. They have all worked as predicted if not better. Now that I buy what I thought was a good range for my first home I have burned several dishes the smoke alarm constantly goes off and the range almost burned the house down bc the knobs are too sensitive and turned on too easily. The burners are terrible burning dishes even when the knob is set to 2. Now I just turn the burner on for a bit before I cook and then keep it off while cooking. Its the worst stove Ive ever used. Wish someone would take this stupid thing back. Its criminal that the recall gives consumers A LABEL instead of a replacement.

I bought my house a year ago and this oven came along with it. I always mistrusted the knobs on the front and how easily they freely spin. Yesterday my cat somehow bushed the knob while I was at work and nearly caught my entire kitchen on fire from the empty pot that was sitting on the burner. Unless they changed the ridiculously easy to spin knobs on the front I would never purchase this oven or similar design again. Extremely lucky that I just have a light dusting of soot all over my kitchen and a full on fire didnt break out before we got home for the day.

*BUYER BEWARE* Dangerous malfunction new stove

We bought this stove about 4 months ago new off the LG website. We are extremely unsatisfied and would not recommend this stove. It is dangerous and is does not work. When you adjust the burners from high heat to low heat the stove top often times does not adjust. It STAYS ON HIGH HEAT for over a minute and sometimes DOESNT ADJUST until you turn the entire element off and start again. This is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. It burns food and you have to constantly monitor the stove to make sure it doesnt burn your food or cause any other damage. When the dials are turned to the lower levels like 4 it inconsistently turns on high heat. The lower level dials are too hot. Sometimes when you turn it to the lower on at the lower levels it will decide to turn on high heat for no reason. Also just after 4 months of use one of the elements WONT EVEN TURN ON. A new stove that has this many issues after just 4 months requires a complete refund. We have called once and they only offer a repair. This is 100 unacceptable. If LG sells a defective stove its not on the buyers to deal with repairs this early in the lifespan of an appliance. I am going to advocate for a full refund because I do not want to deal with LG appliances ever again. We are a busy family of full-time working parents with toddlers and elders in the home. We do not have time to deal with a defective stove and poor customer service.

LP electric range

I was very disappointed with this range in regards to the glass cooktop surface. No matter what I use to clean it the spots remain. Already I had to replace the burner less than one year old. Tech tells me it is my pots causing the spots. I had a Glass cooktop stove before without these issues. Now I have another burner issue. The same one which was replaced. The ceramic oven is very fragile. The racks scratches it. But like the self clean and cleans well with basic soap and water.

Interior Oven Coating

The LSEL6333D interior blue coating is flaking off after using the self-clean option. No support from LG just a run around. I purchased it nine months ago and it is still under warranty. LG sent a repair technician who confirmed it was not the consumers fault. They are now telling me they didnt receive his report and would need to contact him. This was over a week ago.

CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THESE LG MODELS

I only put one star because I couldnt submit this important review with 0 stars. DO NOT BUY. This has been a horrible purchase. There is a class action suit on these ranges: LSEL6335F and all models containing substantially similar controls. Google it. The front knobs turn on the range top if slightly bumped against. Ive had to kitchen fires Ive been burned and workers in the house we almost burned as well. Service person told me of a couple of stories of other customers having the same experiences with much worse outcomes. LG has not tried to make this right The digital display doesnt work the oven does not bake evenly. The top burners remain very hot for a long while after shut off and the glass top scratches terribly. Ive had two other glass tops in other homes that never had this issue. Just dont buy. Total waste of time and money. and food

I wish there would have been an away to see the oven plugged in before purchasing. The knobs on the front are very sensitive if you accidentally bump into them they turn on. Also had to have a technician come out as oven was baking properly they did fix that free of charge.

We purchased this oven from Best Buy last December. I love the look of the oven but cleaning it has been a nightmare. The stovetop is almost impossible to remove stains from and keep clean. I scrub my fingers off using the Cerama Bryte cleaner and it still looks terrible. Additiionally who would ever think that you cant use oven cleaner in an oven??? Granted I did not read all of the cleaning instructions but never in a million years did I think oven cleaner would harm it until I ruined it. The 20 year old appliances I had before I bought these were much easier to take care of. Very disappointed in the quality....

I bought this less than two months ago. Upon using my stove I learned that one of the burners didnt work and the hot surface light stayed on continuously. While it was repaired it was a hassle to go through none the less on a brand new stove.
