Phone was OK except for a faulty camera but now I cant stream video in HD after recent update because my phone says widevine l3 A drm software that blocks low secure devices from streaming hd. Ive deleted and reinstalled the Netflix app and also a factory reset where I lost all my files but didnt fix. Trusted places has never worked on this phone either. I got this cuz I loved my v20 but regret buying this for such a high price. The oled is bright and 3d sound from the multiple side speakers is cool but useless if I cant stream in hd. Streams are so bad its blurry and lg had neglected to fix the problem. Some say its t-mobile when you go over 50gb data but its a update that made this happen on mine. Sadly this is nearly the last phone with headphone jack. That and the qdac is why I got this. The amp can be tricked to make music even louder when wired. Look it up. The camera is faulty. I get reflections of orbs in my pics and horrible flare for example a reflection moon and original is a white flare no matter the settings. This can be reduced or near negated in manual mode so maybe the software. The phone gets hot after cam is open for only 5mins. The 64mp option disappears often and only returns after closing app many times. Also video auto focus stops working and completely blurs image only fixed if switched to manual. The hold focus button doesnt fix.The glass back was a stupid design choice as it worsens reflections. Sometimes whats like sensor dots are visible in preview but also present on final image and video. Zoom is grainy at lowest setting N unusable. It could be they chose to use cheap camera glass or it isnt light tight between glass and camera leaving room for light to reflect in spaces between. Maybe my issue is isolated and a replacement will be better. The hifi recording is fun to play with and phone has 4 mics but hifi only should be used with tripod since mics are in corners and will pickup hand moving and interfere with intended audio. The manual mode is the only way to take pics so this really isnt a point and shoot which will be disappointing to many. This supports Wacom bamboo ink styluses with custom shortcut options in the menu. Pressure sensitivity works in 1 of the many tried something lacking in the s20. The fingerprint sensor is horrid and rarely works. Why lg swapped the dedicated back sensor that was perfect for this front thing lacks reason. Nothing makes this better. To make worse trusted places doesnt work due to Android 10 OTB so phone wont stay unlocked at home in trusted place like it should. This is beyond rediculous for a flagship to not fix for 4 months now. The dualcase is cool but mostly a gimmick. Its too expensive and risky to use outdoors so buy a single case as well . LG clearly didnt test the case for real life use. There are obvious fails that would of been noticed after 1 walk. Its not commuter friendly at all. Whats the point of a outer screen showing notification icons if you cant see what they are? You need 2 hands to open case which could of been fixed with a tiny nub. So if you are holding a drink a handrail bags etc you cant check your phone without putting everything down. Ridiculously stupid oversight. They should of went with the v20 second screen that was touch or just made front plastic without screen. Whats even more baffling is why add a headphone jack but then have no way to skip tracks from the outside. Not all headphones have a skip track button. The glass front is just a pointless drop hazard. You have to hold phone like a plate when open and its heavy so not very good for those with carpal or arthritis. The best is to leave the dualcase at home. I rarely use it at all tho. Its good xg on websites or another app simultaneously without the video pausing or reading like book pages via apps like libby. Its fun to use just something you may find collecting dust if you are a commuter that walks or takes transit a lot. The 5g is not goid at all but neither are any of the 5g phones. Dont buy a phone for it. Like others it doesnt seamlessly go between 5g and 4g so its slowerr. Also notice it takes longer to realize e theres signal again at from tunnel to subway station. This could be just the service change but i woikd ecoect better from tmobile coming from mint who piggbanks off their network. So I will be returning this phone for exchange and then refund if widevine L3 isnt fixed. Seems odd the new models of Lg arent listed as supported for hd video on Netflix. Clearly a software issue on lg side they have neglected to fix since the v50 came out. I wont be buying anything lg again if they dont. The oled is useless if i cant watch video in all the hdr glory. Will update if fxed and change review

Love the phone but the dual screen is a joke

pokorney84 6/8/2020

Switched carriers from Verizon to Tmobile because tmobile was the one who had the dual screen case come with phone... Bought the V60 not 3 or 4 weeks ago and now the dual screen isnt working for some odd so Im very disappointed... Thanks a lot LG for the disappointment... Really appreciated....
