Great cooktop but poor process with installation.

We ordered an induction cooktop from LG and paid for delivery and installation. They in turn hired a local company to complete the process however this company refused to do the install and a rep with them said they dont do induction cooktop installations. We arranged for the installation ourselves and then contacted LG for a refund of the installation fee. After some wrangling they agreed to refund the $169.99 but we have yet to see it after a month of waiting. LG sells some very nice products but does a terrible job in vetting local companies who complete the process. And our refund????

ALL PANS BOIL TO THE CENTER Ive been selling appliances for 13 years lol dont listen to the review. Plus all induction burners are made by one company.
