We purchased this microwave in late Spring 2018. In the fall of 2019 it keep tripping our circuit braker. The appliance store where we purchased it put in a fuse. After 2 days it started agin.l We had our Electrician come - no problem with plug or circuit breaker. We purchased a counter top microwave as we could not do without one. This now costs us about $400. This time the store contacted you and you allowed parts and labor for a new computer board. This lasted almost a year as now we are in the same situation. The original microwave we had was the same model and lasted 12 years before the door came off in my hand one morning. I called yesterday and was told"you don't have a service agreement so we are not doing anything for you". We helped you once already. Shame on me for trusting your product to be of good quality. In 2 years the same problem has happened to us twice. All of our appliances are Frigidaire. We appreciated that you helped us the first time. But I can't believe that you think the malfunctioning of this microwave is reasonable. This microwave was not cheap! I am truly disappointed in your product and how you stand by them. I will not buy Frigidaire appliances any longer. You have lost us as customers.

The microwave is <2 years old, but the bottom of the handle has broken right out of the door of the microwave. The panels that the screw went through are broken and need to be replaced for it to be fixed. To replace would cost >$270. I can buy the microwave at Lowes for $260. How on earth is a replacement door more expensive than the entire microwave?!?!? If you're going to buy this model, pray that it doesn't break or else it seems you'll be buying an entirely new unit.

I bought this microwave 2 and a half years ago and the magnetron has short out. I contacted Fridaire in hopes of obtaining another magnetron at a reduced price since the basic warranty is only for a year. I wasn't asking for a free replacement. But Frigidaire wouldn't or couldn't help. There was a time when a company would have stood behind their product but I think that is past. So is my loyalty to Frigidaire. I do not recommend buying from this company nor this model, based on their lack of support here. The customer service representative was professional.

I kept getting faulty units and finally accepted the one I have now. The door was extremely hard to open and the rotating plate squealed a lot. Just before the 1 year warranty was up it died. The Tech told me it was some circuit and replaced it. 1 more year now and it can't be repaired for the same thing. Total waste of money.!

Bought as part of kitchen remodel. Wanted all appliances to match so that is the reason for this purchase. Works as well as any microwave does. I do not use it with the rack it came with. I wish the keypad was glass not plastic because I can see it is already wearing on the pads that are used most frequently. I have had other brands with easier to use auto functions. This model seems limited but is certainly adequate. The vent fan is very strong and I am happy for that.

The microwave, once I can get the buttons to respond, works great. When it was installed I noticed that the Start button and several others had to be hit several times, and hard, in order to get it to respond. It was almost as if it was off center. After a week of this I contacted Frigidaire and it is going to be replaced, which is a good thing. So...will review the new one once it arrives.

Our breaker always keeps tripping on it and I read a lot of bad reviews about this microwave that has the same problem with mine that keeps the breaker tripping all the time! When I purchased my new home, this came as part of a Frigidaire suite of appliances included with the home. I had never had an above range microwave, so I didn't know what to expect. Purchased this after our other Frigidaire microwave began tripping the circuit every time we tried to use it. That microwave was less than 2 years old but out of warranty so Frigidaire would do nothing to repair or replace it. Sure hope this one lasts longer than 18 months.
