I purchased this over the range microwave to replaced an older model! I was very frustrated that it would not fit the same area as my old unit did!!! This new unit was taller and my tile back splash had to be cut for installation!!!

I bought this with a new home. The bell rings once microwaving is finished and continues to ring until the door opens. My wife warms something up and goes into the other room- 5 minutes later the timer bell is still ringing.Our previous microwave took half the time to warm a dish and it was 10 years old.

Microwave works fine, serves its purpose, fits too. I just don't like the cheap quality. Door has to slam to close it which is loud so it wakes everyone up. Sounds, like the beep when your food is done is really loud and annoying. Tried adjusting the volume, but didn't help much.

My local appliance store recommended this brand and model, but I almost didn't buy it after reading some of the reviews. For instance, many people complained about the loud alarm that sounds after the heating is done. Those people should read the manual because guess what? You can turn the sound off or down (I just turned mine off and we love it). We've only had the microwave for 2 months but so far it has been excellent.

We bought about a month ago and find it disappointing. It takes almost 50% longer to warm up items than my previous microwave. Also it extremely difficult to open the door. I was hoping it would loosen up some, but no luck with that.

It has very quiet operation, almost don't know that it's even on sometimes. Looks great, replaced a much larger microwave but has all the space we need and fits much better in the cabinets above the stove.

We purchased this microwave to replace another Frigidaire that we had for over 25 years. So far, we're very happy with this one. The only negative I have is the "beeping" that you hear when it's done. It beeps 3 times, then pauses, then 3 more times, over and over and over. The last microwave would beep one LONG time, and then stop. I can't always get to the microwave right when it goes off, so the constant beeping is a bit irritating. I guess it would be an advantage for those who often forget they put something in there, though.
