I have had this side-by-side for two years. Up until now, it has been fine. Recently, water started collecting under the freezer bin and then draining onto the floor. If I remove a huge plate of ice every few days from under the bin, that stops the water from spilling out. Where is this coming from? The ice maker or some defect with the defrosting process? I don't know if it is worth getting an appliance service in to investigate or just get a new refrigerator.

Bought 1year ago, ice maker and water dispenser broke 3weeks after the warranty was up, costing me hundreds out of pocket to get a new valve and arms for the ice maker!! doors are constantly dirty since this size and model didn™™t come in smudge proof, like my stove dishwasher and microwave are, which were all purchased together!!!! I am EXTREMELY unhappy with this unit!!!

I got this fridge as a replacment of the old one (also Frigidaire). It was because of the exact same size and design. But after using it for a few days, I noticed that there were strange noises coming from the fridge which was different from the old one. Not sure why and where the noises were coming from.

After 2months our fridge temp control started beeping weeks of tossing out food finally came to an end after finally getting some help. Under warranty it was fixed I™™m very happy yet dissatisfied with the fact that I feel I now have a refurbished fridge also tons of wasted money due to the fact our food would be cold then warm usually when you get a fridge or an appliance you are excited .I felt as if I mad a bad decision and a lot of stress also I asked for a different repair man cause I felt uncomfortable yet that™™s who I was suck with totally a horrible experience.

I received of fridge on August 30th 2018 our fridge started beeping nonstop! ( almost as if it was on a phone like someone was on hold )...any how I called the manufacturer multiple time I also called our local HomeDepto multiple times I have been over the mannel a hundred times I™™ve reset the fridge I™™ve unplugged the fridge nothing is in front of the vent s the floor is level the doors are closed and have a tight seal.... on and on obsessed to figure this problem out it beeps sets its self to number one by its self it™™s been like this for a month now I would love to return the item to the store but they say no I have to go through the manufacture today is November 9,2018 still to this day I have a broken fridge I have had a ™ service guy™ ( Talk about a joke ) come out he was an hour early stayed for 15 minutes and says he will be back next week with a part and that it™™s not defrosting and to just unplug our fridge till he comes back in we™™ll over a week!!! I™™m so annoyed so they are going to replace the part maybe still yet to happen..... So bacically I spent over 1000$ for a refurbished fridge yet it was new when I paid for it not even 90 days ago! I™™ve been out tons of money on bad food are you kidding me !!!!!!! I™™m so disappointed and will never buy from this company again .

I bought this 1 year ago. Love the fridge but not so confident on the manufacturing. Just had to change the ice maker not even a year old as the gears stripped and it was knocking bad. There is now a trickling sound coming from the back that does not sound normal. Something else is about to go wrong and my warranty is about to expire. The fridge sounds like a clunker. Embarrassing when I have company over. New fridge sounds old already.

We bought this fridge about a month ago and are very pleased with it so far. The amount of space inside the fridge and freezer is good and the side by side freezer is much easier to navigate than a bottom freezer. We are also enjoying having ice (esp. crushed) in the door. A few things that we would have liked to have been designed better on this model. The refrigerator door needs another adjustable shelf to utilize the space more so we purchased an additional one. We would have also liked to see the temperature on the outside of the fridge. Lastly, the door dispensers do drip down a little onto the area where you place your glass (left over ice bits or drops of water) . I would have liked to see this ledge area better designed so it does not run down the front of the door. We have started folding up a small part of a paper towel to sit on that ledge to help catch those drops of water. Other than those minor issues, we are really liking our new refrigerator!

I live in the tropics with tons of humidity, and the ice and water dispensers do not quite stop, so the drip pan gets full and water slides down below it. This area is open to the door interior and will rot it. (this is what happened to my old refrigerator)If you are in the tropics, forgo the dispenser. It is too much hassle to keep dry!

Plenty of space, and like the fact I don™™t have to always bend to get to a compartment like those split top/bottom. Did have some magnets on the front that did scratch the metal surface. Fingerprints do tend to show. Quiet, ice maker works, and I like the quick change filters to keep the water clean.

Bought this fridge 1 month ago to fit a smallish space in my kitchen. Works great, but for 2 quibbles - the ice maker was defective from the beginning (have already had it replaced at no charge, is now fine), and, at the ice/water dispenser, water can drip over the edge of the drip tray and run underneath the plastic trim and down the freezer door (looks terrible on the stainless steel). Solved that by popping off the trim and caulking the dickens out of it. We also bought an additional shelf to go in the refrigerator, and an additional bin to go on the door. Surprisingly, there was plenty of room for both these items. Now it's exactly the refrigerator we want.

Both the refrigerator and freezer temperatures have been difficult to regulate. At the recommended setting (6) the temperatures border on too warm. At the next higher setting (7) the are too cold.
