I went to wash all 5 knobs in a bowl of water and one squirt of dish soap. I come back an hour later and the tinfoil/wrap on the white knobs are bubbling and falling off. Basically white knobs with a thin wrap of tinfoil with letters......WATER destroys white tin foil covered plastic knobs...I attempt to buy replacement and am told 45 with a 20$ discount....PER KNOB! Never buy again.. I could buy all 5 knobs for $195...Stove isn't worth that.

I bought this range a little over 2 years ago, and today, while cleaning the knobs, the silver coating peeled off three of the five knobs, leaving them blotchy and white. New knobs will cost me over $100. Really disappointed in the quality.

We have used this range now for few months. It looks nice and has given us no problems. It is easier to clean the area around the burners than any range we previously owned. One flaw: the drawer slides are best described "cheap." Surely on range in this price line, it is possible to include quality drawer slides. The movement is not smooth, and when closing, it very frequently starts to turn to one side and must be straightened out to get it to slide in.

I am the primary user of the oven in my house and I find it very easy to use as far as turning on the oven, timers, light, oven self-cleaner.Our oven is also smudge free and that is very nice, no smudges so far and rarely have to wipe it down.. and we have a 1 year old so that is nice cause she touches everything.i think the oven top is spacious and can fit a lot of pots and pans, I do like the large middle burner.The CON is that the top is a bit hard to clean, I havent figured out the best product to clean it, it is not easy to wipe away dirt and oil. Need to find something to fix that.

Have had this is our house now for a few months. No problems, love the look. Only issue is that it seems that the larger burners are not where it makes sense. the largest is on the front right which is a problem for us because it is up against a wall. Other than that, all good!

I have not had a gas range for more than 50 years. It took some time to get used to the fact that it cooks much faster, and quits cooking when it is turned off. I like the griddle, but wish it was a little bigger. I also like the fact the I do not have to stand on my head to use the broiler like on older gas ranges. The oven calibration seems to be very close, as cooking times are within reason. I have not yet used the convection feature, but I expect it to work well also. My only complaint is , the burner controls do not appear to do much until I get down to 2 on the scale. Then things happen very fast.

I've had my range coming up on a year and I'm still learning about it. One downside to self cleaning oven, I have stains on the inside of the glass window. Instructions doesn't show how I'm supposed to clean it. Best feature is the griddle in the middle.

Purchased this range to replace a 25yr old range. Love all of the new features I didn't have with the old range. It's user friendly, easy to clean. Definitely like the sealed burners that come in different sizes making it easy to tailor you cooking needs.

Purchased my new Frigidaire Range/Oven to replace an ancient Maytag. I did a lot of research and this Range/Oven provided all the features I was looking for such as self-cleaning, convection cooking/baking, griddle, even a user controlled lock for the oven door and an added bonus is that it is pretty to look at and all of my kitchen appliances are now Frigidaire. I needed to replace a 27 yr old stove in June. This Frigidaire model had more features than I was expecting. The price was right so I took a chance. I have enjoyed using all the features: convection cooking, center large burner, griddle and delayed start baking. What a pleasure to cook using this multi featured stove. Delivery and installation were done by the store and went easily and quickly. Best buy this year!

A very wise investment, great product. I highly recommend this to everyone. after years of working with a gas range that ran 200 degrees above the oven setting, what a pleasure to be able to follow recipes for baking. the high output burner is excellent also. most important is that it's easy to clean :)

I've used this stove a few months and like the features. The oven works great. The finger touch controls are easy to use. I like the variety os burner choices. After a few times cleaning the glossy black surface under the burners I'm getting better at it but it is a chore to make it smugeless. I love the appearance after I clean it.
